Atal Tunnel north portal at Teling

- No permit is needed for the Atal Tunnel or Sissu (the Rohtang permit is only for Rohtang Pass).
- Roadside parking between the tunnel's north portal and Sissu is an offence; use the Sissu helipad parking.
