Planned around your work week. Booked by us, end to end.
We check every seat and room live, then book your trains (as RailRoute, an IRCTC-authorised agent), buses or flights, your stay, cabs and getting around. You pay us once for the group, and we refund anything we can't confirm.
From idea to booked
Pick a weekend
This weekend, the next long weekend or your own dates; how many of you; how comfortable. We show only places you can reach after work on Friday and return from before Monday.
Open a place
The journey both ways, the stay, each day, and one all-in price per person. Swap the train or hotel, or change the group size, and the price updates.
Request it
Free. We check every seat and room live for your dates and message you on WhatsApp.
Pay once, upfront
The organiser pays us once for the whole trip (train, bus or flight, stay, cabs and getting around) through one secure link. We book nothing until it's paid.
We book everything
We book your train, bus or flight, then the stay and cabs. We confirm the seats first, and your tickets and vouchers arrive on your trip page and WhatsApp once issued. Waitlisted trains aren't sold. Anything we can't confirm is refunded in full.
What's in the price
Every trip shows one figure per person for the whole trip. Under it, the break-up shows what you pay us, line by line, and, separately, anything you pay for there.
- Travel, stay and local transport
- Your train, bus or flight both ways, your rooms, a cab both ways or at the destination, and getting around, all booked by us and paid to us. Airport rides at the counter and experiences without a bookable operator you pay for there: we show what they usually cost, outside what you pay us. Experiences are never pre-selected.
- Train, bus and flight fares, at actuals
- The fare is exactly what the railway, bus operator or airline charges; we add nothing to it. Each booking has its own line for our booking service charge: for trains, ₹20 a ticket in sleeper and second class and ₹40 in other classes (within the limit Indian Railways sets for authorised agents); ₹100 a bus booking and ₹200 a flight booking. Seats aren't held until we book them, so we check them again before you pay; waitlisted trains aren't sold, and bus and flight fares can change until we book.
- A visible planning fee
- For checking availability, booking your trip and staying on WhatsApp through your trip. It also covers our backup plan and price changes before we book. It is 9% of the trip cost on an easy weekend (at least ₹350 a person) and more on harder dates, at most 9% and ₹2,500 a person, and it has its own line on your bill before you pay. With one of our partner hotels it is lower, as little as ₹199 a person, because our rate with the hotel covers part of our work.
- Not included
- Food, entry tickets and shopping, unless the trip says otherwise.
How it can cost less than booking it all separately
We agree our own rates with hand-picked hotels, usually with breakfast included. Our price for the room stays below the hotel's own lowest price on booking sites for your dates, and we check that price live as you plan.
When what we arrange, including our fee, costs less than booking the same stay and transport separately, your trip says so and shows the exact difference. When it doesn't, we don't claim it. Train, bus and flight fares are the same either way: we pass them on at actuals.
Paying, price changes and refunds
One payment, upfront. The organiser pays for everyone, for the whole trip, after we've checked it. We book nothing until it's paid.
Cheaper together. Two people share a room and up to four share a cab, so the price per person drops as the group grows. Change the number of people on any trip to see it.
If a price changes before you pay. Fares and room rates move. If anything costs more by the time we check, we show you the new total first and you choose: go ahead, pick something else, or drop it. You never pay more than you agreed to without saying yes.
If we can't book something. The money for that part comes back to the organiser in full. See cancellations & refunds for what happens if you cancel.
What our estimates mean
Until we confirm, the prices you see are estimates, and we label them that way. Each comes from a different place:
- Train fares are estimated from Indian Railways' official fare rules for the class and distance. Where it's available we show live seat or waitlist status. We book the train for you once you've paid and we've confirmed seats; a waitlisted or RAC train isn't sold.
- Bus and flight fares are fares we have recently seen on those routes for similar dates. They can go up or down until we book; we confirm the fare before you pay.
- Hotel prices are current nightly rates for that hotel when we can get them, marked “live”. When we can't, we show a typical price for that hotel and say so.
Some hotels and operators have their own cancellation rules. Where they affect you, we tell you before you pay.
